Depending on the size of the property and the amount of defects found. A 1 bedroom flat usually takes 2-4 hours for example
When Should i book?
Ideally, you should book your inspection as soon as you get your completion date. The earlier defects are identified, the easier it is to have them corrected by your developer.
What does the snagging report include?
